Labor (factory worker) (移工) ※会社雇用

※Please note that your visa application could be accepted only for attending your company outing, but not for any other purpose of visit.
　　
If your status of Taiwan ARC is “Labor（移工）”,please submit the following documents.

Company outing

１．Visa Application Form
２．One photo; stick it on the application form（2in x 1.4in, taken in the last 6 months, face the camera directly without wearing a hat and must use a plain white background）
３．Passport（the original and 1 copy）
４．Alien Resident Certificate（the original and 1 copy of both sides）
５．Re-entry permit to Taiwan (the original and 1 copy)
６．A Letter of Guarantee issued by your company（indicating purpose of visit, length of stay, description of the cost burden and put your company’s and the representative’s seals）
７．Certificate of employment（Please put your company’s seal）
８．List of package tour participants（Please put your company’s and the representative’s seals）
９．Work permit from Ministry of Labor
10．Round-trip flight ticket booking
11．travel contract with travel agency’s stamp
12．Schedule of Stay
13. If the travel expenses are not fully covered by the company, please also submit Bank Account Book（updated in the last 1 month ; the original and 1 copy of the pages which show the holder’s name and the last balance）or certificate applied from bank.

※Please print all the documents on A4-size papers. Please do not staple any document.
※Visa applicants may need to submit additional documents upon request.
※In accordance with regulations,　it is necessary to confirm that the applicant is residing in Taiwan at the time of application or receipt. If you wish to apply and receive the application by representative, the following documents are required in addition to the above.
1. Letter of Attorney (written by applicant)
2. Representative’s ID card (the original and 1 copy)
3. Certificate of Entry and Exit Dates issued by National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior
