If you hold a Taiwan ARC (Alien Resident Certificate) and the status of your Taiwan ARC is "Dependent(spouse is Taiwanese)依親," please submit the following documents for your application.

1. A visa application form (Please sign the same signature as shown in your passport.)
2. One photo; stick it on the application form(45 in height and 35 mm in width, taken in the last 6 months, face the camera directly without wearing a hat and must use a plain white background, the size of the head from chin to crown must be between 32 mm and 36 mm)
3. Passport(the original and 1 copy of the photo page)
4. A copy of Taiwan entry stamp(the most recent one, applicants who use Taiwan E-gate need to add a certificate of entry and exit dates issued by Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency Republic of China (Taiwan))
5. Alien Resident Certificate(the original and 1 copy of both sides, valid for at least a month)
6. Re-entry permit to Taiwan(the original and 1 copy; no need to submit it if your ARC shows "Multiple re-entry permit")
7. Account Balance Certificate (issued within 1 month and issued by bank) or Bank Passbook(updated in the last 1 month ; the original and 1 copy of the pages which show the holder’s name and the last balance)
8. Unabridged Household Registration Transcript;(the original; issued within 3 months)
*In Chinese, it's called 台灣配偶之戶籍謄本3個月內正本(完整記事)
9. Your spouse’s passport(the original and 1 copy of the photo page)
10. Schedule of staying(Be sure to mention the date of arrival and departure and the plan for each day, write the place of stay in detail (in case of a hotel: its name, address and the phone number).)
11. Round-trip flight ticket booking of the applicant and his/her spouse
