●Distinguished guests and participants,Good morning! 大家好!

It is a great pleasure for me to give a short address today on behalf of Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association at the opening ceremony of this year’s first GCTF workshop. Its agenda is “Combating Transnational Fraud,”and I am glad to know there are invited experts from various countries and regions to share their knowledge.

“Transnational Fraud” is a global issue that spans a wide range of fields, including finance, telecom, and digital technology, and it is of great interest not only to Japan and Taiwan, but also to many other countries. It is also necessary to learn how other countries are dealing with this problem and seek ways for cooperation. Today, we hope that you will be able to deepen your knowledge and exchange through the presentations of professionals from various fields.

We also sincerely welcome the United Kingdom as a co-host of this workshop, in addition to our full partners - Taiwan, the United States, and Australia. We hope that more like-minded countries will join the GCTF circle in the future.

Lastly, I would like to give my best wishes for the success of today's GCTF workshop.
Thank you very much. 謝謝。
